Warranty Policy

Please read this Warranty Policy carefully before you (the “Buyer”) returns, refunds, or requests a repair of a product purchased from the www.blazeprobes.com website (the “Service”) operated by Blaze Technical Services Inc. ( “Seller”, “us”, “we”, or “our.)

Refund, Return, and Repair Policies:

Returning Temperature Sensors:

Return any new or unused Temperature Sensor item within 30 days of the date your item was shipped. Blaze will replace the item(s) or refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs. There is a restocking charge for the return of these items. The standard restocking charge for returned item(s) is 50% of the list price. Please call for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA), securely package the item with a copy of the original invoice, and write the authorization number on the package. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items, special order items, or electrical parts.

Limited Warranty:
Temperature Sensors are warranted by Blaze Technical Services for 30 days from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship only. Under these circumstances, all products are warranted for repair or replacement only. All products are not warranted for failure due to normal wear and tear for any circumstance.

Void of Warranty:
Upon inspection, any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturing instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. Blaze Technical Services reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
What is not covered under warranty: (1) normal wear and tear (2) accident, disaster or an act of God (3) abuse, neglect, misuse, fault or negligence of or by Buyer (4) use of the Products in a manner for which they were not designed (5) causes external to the Products such as, but not limited to, power failure or electrical power surges (6) improper storage and handling of the Products (7) use of the Products in combination with equipment or software not supplied by Seller (8) ordinary maintenance (9) alterations, repairs or installations that have not been performed by Seller or its authorized representative (10) failure to maintain Products in accordance with Seller’s written instructions.
In the event a Temperature Sensor item is returned under a void of warranty circumstance as specified above, Blaze Technical Services reserves the right to apply an evaluation charge per unit which will be billed to the customer.
No other warranty is specified or implied other than the repair or replacement of specific Temperature Sensor items as described above.
